Had some guys ask me this so I called Labor relations and they told me its all or nothing for top LSA to top pay captain. Meaning you have to be at the top LSA pay scale 149k to go to the top pay captain. Meaning you hit your three year anni as LSA/LCD and you go right to top pay captain you dont have to finish that...

AM vs PM test

Spoke to a few buddies who took the AM session. The exam was not the same. They went to the same procedure but asked about the duty captain duty in one and the CO on another exam. And theres questions that are not at all similar at all. Is this potential for throw outs ?
