 Youre right.

But its how he went about it. Rather than not going because your lazy, his argument was Im not going because Im not going to give someone else a point for a question I got right (which is false) and because he is scared he will bump up a few spots. No one is getting bumped 100 names in any direction. This isnt the Sgts list where 50 people score 70.300 then 50 people score 70.500 and 50 score 70.800 etc. this was about #1 helping the boarder-line people pull up. Theres no way we can get +5 or +10 to save anyone whos lower which does NOT have any correlation with studying hard. Its about studying & Memorizing the right things that were asked from a random 2,000 page book. And some people studied harder than anyone else and their score doesnt reflect the work. If you can help a few people when YOU passed, its the right thing to do. But people still feel intimidated by others due to lack of self-esteem and internal weakness.

Brooklyn Bacon, I understand where you are coming from. I don't think that's what others mean. Perhaps your delivery is misunderstood but you are entitled to your opinion. I guess if you are looking at this promotion as a way to the top, I can see how competitive you are looking at the situation. As far as I go, I have 2 years to go and I just want to leave with 5 shields.
