Ok so the latest I got to clear up some of these rumors of a Sgt exm is that it is VERY TENTATIVE at this point. If its in 2013 it will be in Oct and if its in 2014 it will be in Feb or Mar. As I stated months earlier. The list out now they are expecting to be done with in Early 2015--so OMAP is NOT calling for this test...
