I've heard people saying they will get to over #400 and others saying that this class will be made up of mostly passovers who are now cleared, equalling not much movement at all. No one even knows the actual number going in yet so its really tough to gauge. Guess we'll find out on Wed/Thu.

I doubt a class of "mostly passovers" because to be honest, guys that have been passed over for 2 or 3 classes (or more) are not, as a general rule, going to suddenly have their issues cleared up. It's true that someone who doesn't have credits can scramble and get them together in a month, but for the most part people either don't have the time or are jammed up and neither of those categories are going to suddenly resolve themselves. The only class that didn't show huge movement in the list was when the July '07 class became eligible, all the other classes have averaged out around 25% passovers pretty consistently, without a huge number of those previously passed over becoming eligible.

Cfgl1888, the bulk of the guys on this list comprise of the knockle heads caught up in the WEST INDIAN DAY PARADE FACEBOOK PROBE. At one point over 100 mos were being probed over this. If 20 of those were on the list then you can see who will be entering the next class. With the resolution being reached this past week many people who were passed over will now enter the Sept BMOC.

You assume they passed with above an 86 average... If they are on the list and got cleared up I doubt the number of passovers in top 300 are from one incident

Exactly, the chance of 20 of those 100 people even being on the list is slim let alone that those people all scored over an 84.

Ironic, these guys get jammed up for posting negative comments about the west indian day parade. If what you guys say is true they will be in bmoc and not have to work the parade this year. What Luck!

20 out of over 100 is an arbitrary number I just chose as an example. Most likely the passing number could be much higher. History has shown that those who get jammed up usually get motivated to study even harder. I have no doubt that those jammed up over the Facebook debacle most likely got better scores than most of us. To assume that these guys did not land between 1-400 is ridiculous.

If indeed they got passed over it is their God given right to be reinstated on the list.
