NO LT'S or CAPT'S for december...heard only sergeants and alot of detective getting made (52 detectives is the number i got, dont know how many 3rd, 2nd or first graders). Did you guys use it for your lieutenants test prep? I ordered the 2013 edition to start my very early review for the alleged LT test in April/May 2014.
Would you read the guide over reading the "real" patrol guide?
