If those vacancy #s posted on the other site are correct it is possible! It would likely be when the current class of cops in BMOC get promoted to Sgt. 9/28?
Thanks risingidiot. If the class is graduating on the 28th then there should be lieutenants promotions on that date as well. That is how they've been doing it so far. So I guess we all can be wishful.
So far they haven't told us anything in BMOC and topically they will need to be notified at least two weeks in advance in order to prepare the class. It still might happen this week but so far there is no indication. Just because someone hasn't provide any solid info in the past doesn't necessary mean that one will not possibly have any good info in the futher as situations progress. BTW waitingfornassau if u would have scored a couple of points more maybe u don't need to wait for nassau anymore but this job has got too many disgruntal crying babe like u so it might be better off for everyone if they did pick u up.

NoFurther, I am in no way a "disgruntal crying babe", just stating an opinion. And you are absolutley right, just because you had no credible information in the past doesn't preclude you from having reliable info in the future. However, when you make a blanket, unqualified statement like, "doesn't look good", without any further basis, I just feel like we should wait until someone with a little more knowledge of the situation has something to say. You have to look at the dates when they retired. Their vacancies have already been filled. The personnel order you are referring to has retirement dates from June. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. Therumormill has the current vacancies.
