I actually heard that there were going to be two different promotion dates. This was told to my D.I by a 3 star. I am not kidding. I know it sounds weird, but that is what he told me.

Heard this date from a source that I trust. Can't do it on the 28th because of the graduating recruit class.

Word is still that the Sgts promotion will be on Dec 27. Hopefully they put in Lts as well.

Traditionally, there is always promotions on all ranks in the month of December.

I understand being optimistic but some people are in total denial. There are NO Lts being promoted this month. Period.

Just an fyi to those waiting to go into the next class: Lt. Ng, from uniform promotions just told us in bmoc class a few minutes ago that there are no Lieutenant or Captain promotions in the next two weeks time frame. He said that he normally gets Lesson schedules etc, about two weeks before a class goes in, and as of right now, he hasn't heard anything. He didn't give a timeframe for when he expects a class to go in. Just passing along the information, take if for what it is worth.
Current bmoc graduates on Dec 21st by the way.
