What number do you realistically think will be eligible for the next captains exam? List seems to be moving in the right direction but it will slow down eventually. They say thats the pinnacle of your career because you know how the game is played after that but Captain salary is definitely worth a shot...

I know the 12 hour tours/new work week but I was wondering if anyone has a tentative breakdown of the dollar amount and the contract years/steps. The word is the LBA agreed with the city but now it has to go out to the members for a vote.
