Rest assured numbers will be picking up. Remember sgt to lts is easier because its supervisors. po to sgt actually affects command operations. Well at least to this new regime!

I predicted 250-275. I think were on track. There was no way wed hit 400 again & 300 was pushing it.

 I think we get 150 more to end the year, putting it around 679. 300 more next year would put it around 979. Then the following year the list will be finished right before it expires
