Why make a mediocre test and have 1300 candidates pass? Then follow up by only promoting half before cutting it. Does it really make a difference? In addition, There are over 600 hundred candidates remaining on the 2006 list. And finally, when they do have classes, what's usually the size of them???? 20-2...
