Ladies and Gents, here's the bottom line. The test was challenging because the City is broke AND there is NO need for anymore Lieutenants. In addition, There are over 600 hundred candidates remaining on the 2006 list.  And finally, when they do have classes, what's usually the size of them???? 20-26 MAYBE!!  In any event the test was brutal, very gray and most certainly controversial. So good luck to all who was able to decipher that NYC issued Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) and make the list.  I WILL say this one more time for the road........ MO. BRICK SIP!!!! lol.
