Lets say someone returns to work this Friday and they are to be promoted on Monday.

Does admin change their RDOs to Saturday and Sunday to avoid working 8 days in a row (Friday to next Friday)?

 What do you mean returns to work on a friday.. from what?  Sick / vacation/ rdo?

 

You can only benefit from a chart change not suffer..
