No. Even pending charges won't hold you, with the exception of egregious incidents (DV, DWI, etc..)

Does anyone know when the finest will come down? are they staying with the Wednesday before or maybe a little sooner like they did in 2022 when they were doing larger classes of sergeants and lieutenants.

They have been pretty consistently late (Wednesday night for Friday promotions) recently one came out Thursday morning for Friday promotion but I dont think we will see that. Most likely after 1700 hrs on Wednesday.

It go up to 615 with the two blue names on the list between. Unless theres other deferments or skips.

Numbers are the same for now. Location is 1pp for now but it keeps changing . So numbers can go up or down .

Its looking like the 23rd so far. Who has the info on the holdovers being 7? Is that solid or a guess? There's a lot of folks in the red on the updated list. Also, for the group that's going in next there's two numbers 545 and 552 are promoted already and about three folks on MELD.

I counted 8 that will be going in on the 23rd that were getting passed over because they didnt have 5 years in rank. List # 167, 168 , 178 , 295 , 330 , 345 , 363 & 450 all hit 5 years on January 2024 and are now eligible to get promoted.

So I forgot to factor in the people with .5 next to their names. With the 7 holdovers and the 6 people with .500 next to their list # and the MELD/ already promoted/ resigned folks the list should reach around 608. Correct me if I am wrong anyone.
