Thats the next scheduled promo. Doesnt mean it will occur and doesnt mean sgts or lts will be on it. Unfortunately this is the new reality for forceable future

It doesnt appear that these schedule promo dates have been abided by at all. So I wouldnt get my hopes up about that. Im mentally prepared to have a down July and August with no promos unfortunately.

current class gets assignments today so more than likely he told them that new info today as well

That is a valid question. I was told this was said week 2 in the current BMOC. Captain Grover spoke to the current BMOC and gave a date.

I have 2 friends in this current BMOC class. They received their assignments about an hour ago. They also said no one mentioned anything today as far as promotions next week. Usually I am optimistic....however I going by @Truthseeker information as far as the end of the month. I pray he is wrong. But he might be right.

There is no class until you see a finest message come down. I know I sound like a broken record, but the city council determines promotions. So unless there is someone on this board that is on city council that can confirm a class, none of these rumors mean anything. All its doing is getting peoples hopes up for no reason. Unfortunately being patient on this job is not easy, especially if youre in a ****ty command.

he can ask lol promotions are approved by the mayor's office. Even the PC cannot do anything if the mayor's office won't approve promotion lol

Just to put things in perspective, In January they asked for the promotion packets for me. I was due in feb for my shield. I got promoted last class in June. Means nothing lolfingers crossed though
