anyone ever hear of a situation before that caused an active dcas list to be extended? i'd imagine corona virus quarantine would be a good enough one...

I had a lot of time to kill yesterday so I went through the forum from the financial crisis. The job kept promoting just not at the same level. Theres going to be more promotions between now and list expiration, but theres no way to tell how many

 What part of the whole academy closed and no more then 10 people rule did you not understand? no academy means no BMOC. It has nothing to do with graduation ceremony. They cant train anyone right now.
