Can anyone share their experience with mentoring?  Are you basically the replacement sergeant for 3 weeks?  Doing the desk/patrol etc?  Any OT?  Shadowing a Lt?

 

Any info would be appreciated.

 ive heard every command differs..  some

commands make u rotate  days/4x..  some say get lost ur in the way.. some let you do what you want... some follow the guidelines   Shadow SOL /ICO  / XO
