That is exactly what happened. I personally know a few people who had their veterans points added without giving DCAS the authorization to use it. DCAS (of course) messed up and added Vet points without people wanting to use it. As for the Jst points, I'm not sure how they managed to screw that up

The people who moved up are the people who actually did the JST and never were rewarded the points. They received the pointed so they are going to move up some names. There were people awarded the JST points who never did the JST. Someone filed a lawsuit pointing this out bc I guess when they received there score card they were missing points for the JST. Some people which I heard were like 60 something people who were given the JST points when in fact they never did and just kept quiet or just got confused with the score card addition. Either way who is to blame? Don't know but nothing is being done about the fact someone messed up big time!

Received a letter in the mail. It lays out how my score was calculated. It is actually not totally clear, because it does not specifically lay out how much for seniority, medals, and the jst. Actually it does not mention the jst at all and refers to "performance" which I assume is medals.
