I just logged into ESS and got a retro and bumped up to step four the step before top pay. I hit two years in August. Can anyone check Theirs? Also did step 4 guys go to top pay? Check!!! Lol
I was promoted June 9 last year...no bump to top pay...maybe when you move up the steps as a sgt before the pba contract, they move you 2 the same step were on?
Not really sure how it works. But in my opinion for the city to just go ahead and jump us our steps and give us retro for the last 2 years there is a law in place or maybe they forsaw a losing lawsuit. They didnt do this out of the goodness of their hearts.

I Dunno man. I was promoted August 2016. I was just moved to step 4 and got retro pay for it all the way back to August of 2016. This check coming up on ththe 29th
