 You can say, "oh this guy doesn't have any posts" but you asked so...I was at 1PP a few days ago and was having a conversation with a deputy commissioner and they said it is locked in. The date is positive, class size is not. Prob 65-75 if I was to guess from circulating rumors.

 No !!! They usually adjudicate it before you start BMOC or (in my case) I got my CD adjudicated months after I was promoted.
