Not everyone gets called for phase 1. And just because you never do a phase 1 dont mean you wont get called for promotion. It's not that serious if you never get that call. Your better off getting better training from being next to the desk sgt if you get the opportunity to learn now while you can before you get called in. G-luck

Like I said it before I was there on February with 72 other cops and all we did there was just sitting tight on the a$$ and listening to some scenarios where they teach you how to get other cops in troubles in order not to get yourself to become a "jam sandwich". But overall it was a great and relaxing day off patrol. and we're demanding you to reveal HtMiser's ID. I'd like to see that Wingnut Miser's "lovely" conversatioN. I'll bet my money on Miser though.

My notification got canceled and I called Lt. number (the one on attached 49) some lady there spoke to me told me that their new retarded system had a computer glitch and wrongly selected cops that have already attended the training. And now I received the a call from uniform promotion reiterating same exact words. Those morons couldn't keep me going to have another nice day.

I don't know who u are but I'd like to tell u that u didn't loose much by not attending this training instead I'm sure you've gotten even much better time on vacation rather then being there and yes I like your very positive mood about June class. Really hoping for that too.

The extra day off would've been nice. It Would've guaranteed me a spot away from patrol. It's hit or miss for me, mostly miss, like one boss seems to care that I'm getting promoted and he shows me the desk and the roll call and 49s the guy isn't even my squad boss. The others are business as usuall. My last day ill probably still be in a sector.

As far as Lt's there is a specific number the job needs (1753) the rest of the ranks are a fluid number it depends on what spots the job wants filled vs vacancies in that rank. This is why i can tell you how many Lt's the job is +/- at any given time but not other ranks. Others have access to what the job needs in the other ranks but i dont have that access.
