Finest message said that following UMOS are assigned to BMOC from 01.04.2016 to 02.12.2016. Does it mean that there won't be a February class or it has nothing to do with it? Did anybody else notice it? Can anybody clarify it plz?

Every BMOC is 5 weeks. 4 weeks classroom and 1 week field training. This will NOT effect the possibility of a feb class.

 From what I was told most Bronx commands were on the list to choose from, also many upper Manhattan North.  Good news for the north folk of Orange, Rockland, and Putnam.

Not too many Manhattan north commands, I think only 2...lot of Brooklyn commands, housing, Bronx and I think 3 transit commands.. As far as Manhattan South it was MTN, 5TH AND 7TH. Queens had 101,105,106,107,109,113,114,115
