 NO !!!! They will just adjudicate the CD before your promotion, so they can steal your time and days before you get promoted.

No dude. CDs don't hold you up. I keep seeing this. If you know you have a CD pending just go ask your ICO to expedite it so you can sign off on it. Even if you don't, it still doesn't hold you up, you'll sign it in BMOC or even afterwards.

 No...I was being sued when I went to bmoc. Interesting though...girl in my bmoc had to go in front of board. She said that the city settled a case over 50k or some amt up there. She had to explain what happened. Not sure if this is the norm
