There are currently 75 PO's remaining on the 2011 list. Assuming 52 go into BMOC at end of this month, that will leave 23 people remaining on the 2011 list. + There are 27 pass overs. At this point, it is safe to assume many of those will not be promoted as some of them have been passed over for several years now.
My unscientific prediction is 2011 list will be done with about 23-30 people getting promoted in October. Expect a "Christmas Class" consisting of newly minted, fresh PO's of the long awaited 2013 list.
