 in order for the question to be thrown out, it would mean that NONE of the choices could have been correct or that the question was entirely wrong in itself. If not, it will be a double or tripple answer.

Damn I got the assault on the 65 y/o wrong but I did get the LBB question on the drug transaction right ( which I thought I had wrong) so I'm even. biggrin

Ps: So far the questions I'm finding out I had wrong I get the same result on the spreadsheet so I think Gamblor's work is somewhat accurate.

 Yes your correct the correct answer would be to pass the complaint to the desk but that wasn't any of the answer choices. thats my point. Think it should be tossed

It was Assault 2nd because victim was 65 and perp was 54. 10 year age gap and him being 65 makes it assault 2 top charge.

Does anyone remember the aggrevated 511 one? There were two correct answers. One said "patrol borough Brooklyn north and south issue criminal court summonses in addition to their arrest package" which is true. The other borough that does it is Staten Island but it didn't say Brooklyn north and south ONLY. So technically that's correct. And another was you enter the vehicle information: registered state, license, etc in the vehicle section of the OLBS (I believe it was), which is also correct. Does anyone remember this?

Vehicle info goes on the narrative section of the OLBS. What's funny about that question is that one of the schools had an almost identical question in one of their packets
