How to calculate points for time on the job?

  Does anyone know many points we get per year after 5 years on? Like how many points do you get for 8 years on the job for example? Thanks in advance.

It was in one of the emails.  I got on 1/04 and got 6.2 or something like that.  You're probably around 5
