I think it's common knowledge that the last lieutenants test had those silly subjective "leadership" questions. Can we expect the same thing on this coming sergeants test?
I think there were something around 27 on the last Lt's exam. But what made them really unfair is that they often contradicted what was in the PG. Its as if the person who wrote the judgement questions was completely unfamiliar with the PG.
Rising Star was the FIRST school to put out material on this stuff. You have to separate yourself from the PG when answering these question types. Just do the questions from Rising Star - it's common sense stuff (as long as you're not thinking about the PG)......
Well I don't know what they did with the judgement questions on the 2011 Sgt Exam, but I can tell you the 2011 Lt Exam was an absolute ****show. They would try to get cute on a lot of them, present very much like a PG question then give you four choices that often would directly contradict what is written in the book.
Even though I already got promoted off that LT Exam, I still say that test was unfair and they should never let those who were involved in writing it do anything more than answer phones at some unknown unit. Even the reading comprehension questions were overly difficult, entirely too long. Grammar questions had all four choices with errors! In Basket with multiple roll calls and they never tell you who you are and has a calendar question with two of the same dates on consecutive days! Math questions that didn't specify what they wanted calculated and made it your opinion? If I remember correctly, they had one Crime Reporting Reference Guide question and even that had a double answer? The proposed answer key, not even the FINAL answer key, had a triple answer!?!?!?! The PG questions themselves were also awful, often being to vague and leaving waaay too much up to interpretation where your opinion matches the exam writers?
Why do I bring this stuff up? If they want to screw you over, they will no matter how much preparation you have. I wouldn't worry too much about the judgement questions, since that appears to be more a personality test than a test of aptitude or intelligence. Who decides whats "correct" or "incorrect" on them? I dunno, but whomever it is, I have a strong urge to punch them in the face...
Personally, as retarded as those judgement questions were, they were easy points in my opinion. Thankfully I passed that abortion, but the PG questions I felt were off the wall and I studied hard. I'm grateful for those common sense bulls*it questions.

Total incompetence on that exam by the exam writers. so i beg to ask the question, next lt exam straight foward as can be? Remember, the last captain test that was a mess was followed by a captain test that was by all accounts fair and straight foward. Even brat said it was fair.
