I can see a small class of 20 something in August given a down month in July. September would be a sure thing.

 Great point.  I said earlier, August 29th is 20 years for 2500 people on this job.  Come July there will be many going on terminal, but come September there will be many that retire and have waived their terminal. I'm hoping they get to 330-350 by this next captains test.

There is a Dept application (PEMU) that shows the uniform headcount in each rank. The vacancies can be seen directly there. It isn't confidential.

Opinion only...Based on the numbers, I dont think there will be LT promos next month either. Hopefully a bunch come off terminal in August and they do 50 in September
