The sgt list will be at 1000 minimum by nov. well before the LT test. There's not going to be a slow down on promotions.

I said between 1700-1900 earlier. That was not a confirmation that it was coming down, it was just an answer to the question as to when it would come down. I'm just as much in the dark as everyone else.
