Hello all I have decided to create this thread just to help those of you who are on the list to not only understand what can cause you to get Passover but also so that if you are in a situation like that you can take care of it immediately. I know at the end of the day when we are handed that slip to sign a CD the last thing you want to do is sign it. However in a situation like this when you're on a promotional list you have a huge decision to make either take the hit and get promoted or fight it and wait out your promotion. At the end of the day the choice is yours but I would like for everybody if they can whenever they have the opportunity to contribute as to what will cause you to get passed over.
