There's no reason to drop a finest a day and a half before promotion. Of course I'd be happy for promotion but I earned that, job isn't doing me a favor. Promotion day is more for the families then yourself. Letting them know Wednesday night to take Friday off from work is more than enough reason to feel some kind of way.
