I dont think theres any promotion happening this month, its so quiet and no one officially heard anything. They used to get email a week in advance to notify you getting promoted. I think February it is.

Not sure. Figure 23rd is doable since Lt bmoc is only 2 weeks and there is no rumor of sgts this promotion. Figure they could promote 23rd and start the classes last week of Feb. But thats just speculation, no inside info on that

One sure way to know if a promotion is happening is if anyone got an email from the the dept saying to come down and take a new picture. Usually its a week heads up notice. Anyone get or know someone to get an email? If not by Tuesday, I say January a bust

 not true.  There has been instance where people were called via phone to go take photos when they knew the FINEST wasn't going to drop with enough time.  Its hasn't happened frequently but it has happened.

I was notified on a Tuesday (via finest not a phone call) to take photos on Wednesday and a promotion on a Friday.

Then again, this was over 5 years ago so I'm sure things have changed.
