Per a ceremonial source, as with all, take with grain of salt till its confirmed but..

 July 28 is the recruit graduation, not promo. 
 August 25 is promo.

So it looks like no July promo

 Yes they always ask to clear more just to be safe, usually about double what they need to promote.

No they dont. A normal lawsuit or CCRB will not hold a person from getting promoted. Unless a person also has pending Charges and Specs that are related to that lawsuit, now thats a different story.

I honestly thought there would be no class this month from what I was hearing but then I asked and was given the numbers recen posted. Ill update you all on Monday .
