Proposed Lt top pay

Does anyone have the total compensation chart (longevity, night dif, holiday pay, etc.) for Lts with the new contract? Or maybe an old one to compare?

Im wondering if this curve is a real thing. Spoke to a cop who said his initial score on the sgt exam was 62 and he ended up with a 68

He probably meant 52 to 68. I heard people with 52/53 are on the Sgt list after curve and throwouts. That guy probably is a big time loser, didnt get a place in 4400 people list.

My raw score on the sgts test was 75. I received an email stating my multiple test score changed to 83.8 and that was before seniority and military points. I dont think you get partial points for throw outs so Im assuming that was the curve people are mentioning.

So you got 3 points from throwouts. With curve your score is 75+5.8=80.8. Simple math.

My comment was in response to someone asking if the curve was real. I posted my test results and the adjustments.

When is this LT raise suppose to kick in? And what would a LT who's been at top pay be looking at in terms of retro?
