Any hope if youre towards the end of the list? Hearing rumors that the whole list could get made, also hearing they wont make it past low 3s anyone with solid sources?

The job doesnt even know how many are getting promoted at the end of this month. Dont put much weight to rumors. With the delay of new exam and the numbers they have been promoting, it does look plausible that the whole list will get made, but no one can say that with confidence.
