Honestly the chart days and thats it. The Lts rank is a substantial improvement over Sgt and is probably the best rank on this job.

I heard the SBA is a better or stronger union. If anyone has any actual input please share.

 The unions do get worse the higher you go as there are less members and less funding from less dues collection etc. But the chances of getting jammed up also lesson the higher you go so there is a bit of a less union involvement.
