They wont promote everyone its its a 4K list. I say no more than 2700, and thats pushing it. Theyll have to extend it to get to that. Unless theres something going on, the job may have some plans that we dont know about. Thats the only thing that can make sense for having the Captain list of almost 500 names on it, and a Sgt list with over 4K people on it.
