Wrong. 80 something people got a raw score of 80 or above. Theres no chance only 35 people scored between a 70 -79 raw score.

So many trolls. Slightly under 10% passed day 1. A little under 12% passed day two. A bit over 1200 people passed total. Dozens of IAB complaints to get through. No litigation as of yet. Thats it. How would you have access to that information? The exact amount of people who passed the raw score. Rumors of a curve are believable but i agree its all speculation. But yes how would you know other than directly working for DCAS or the exam administering unit

There are ways to find out. Dcas knows number of raw passers after the test. They will share that info w exam writters if they are still assigned down at Dcas after test administered which Im not sure if that still occurs. They will also share the number with testing dept within the job, I dont know what they call themselves anymore. If you know someone in Dcas they could share that info on the dl as well. Problem is finding out the true number and weeding through the bs rumors. In the end who cares, all that matters is the final list and whether you are on it

I know some cops that did put in the work, and got between a 60-65. Maybe they worked harder but not smarter, but yes i agree that some of those that barely passed on day 2 with knowledge of some questions is frustrating. They better not do it on separate days ever again.

This isn't true for everyone. There are many who put in that 6 month even 8 month commitment( i know several cops who did the right thing and got in the 60s). It's just that some questions were poorly written while others just got away from them.

There is a plus side to the tests being once every 4-5 years. bigger Lists mean more people on them and more people getting promoted off of them. I worked with a sgt who passed the LTs exam and never got promoted because he died on the list. I never want to be that guy

Lists arent going to always be 5 years. The only reason tHess prior lists were extended was Covid. Its inevitable and very likely going forward if the lists are big they wont promote the full list. So study hard always and try to do your best so its not a concern.

Sorry guys I wasnt trolling , honest truth! my source told me first week of Februar!! Im not sure WTH is going on but as I was told, the 22 Sgt exam had a lot of issues. March, April the latest!! I just pass along the info that I hear. Not trolling !!!! Also , job doesnt care that you scored high to able to take the LT exam !! dont get upset if You dont make it!!

well march/april looks and sounds more realistic. im sticking by my prediction that DCAS gives our list number and in the same week they put in a class of like 120 sergeants. Wishful thinking.

When my sgts list came out there was no warning. Just hey the list is out today. Everyone trying to predict / know in advance just let it be. Easy for me to say because Id probably be doing what you are all doing, but itll probably come out of nowhere
