Score change.

Nothing happening on this job will impact when the list comes out. If you believe us being short is communicated down the ranks to the DCAS city workers establishing the list and also think it would make them work faster, you are delusional.

List will be out early 2023. That will be around 5 months. Just a tad faster than usual just because everything was on a computer.

Enjoy your holidays everyone.

 I agree but

RookieScum4Life is usually on point however his post is open ended. The Doctor is just a clown, even a broken clock is right twice a day.

of course it has. Thats just their blanket statement so people cant hold them to it. They can establish it at ANY point between that time frame. Please dont shoot the messenger.

In the last 20 years please name a list that was established in less than 6 months. My memory might not be the same.

These are different times pal. look around you. People are leaving the job in droves. Wake up.

But you posted of course it has but that never happened in the last two decades to my knowledge.

Im not sure if I remember it happening this fast.Im also not sure the job ever went 6 months with no list to promote from.

Rookiescums info was very specific and his character is not questioned here, so where theres smoke there is often, fire.

Doctor papi has stated he will be at the puzzle palace this week to investigate further. Stay tuned!

Dr Papi, youre risking too much on your source. List is not coming out 4 months after the exam. I think min Jan 16th. The job might need Captains but there is still a lot of red tape to go through. I think the fastest list I remember was the 2011 Sgts exam. Test in October, BMOC in May.

Military points were only verified a week ago. I would be shocked if seniority/metals/jst and run points are verified for allegedly 200 plus people in 2 more weeks. Not to mention education requirement verification. We dont even know for sure where we are at with protest throw outs yet since DCAS still has not updated raw scores on the dashboard.

Please study the Patrol Guide and leave Intel gathering to the professionals. Stay in the books. Im sure youll pass the next exam.

BTW..There are a few people/units other than the one you are mentioning that deals with DCAS. Job has the numbers (nothing about a list)...even now after protest. There are many reasons for this. I know you know this. IJS. Dont you worry about that Pal. Hit the books.

I never said the job has the LIST! Numbers? Now youre talking LOL List soon come folks. Its almost over.  Congrats to all that passed the hardest exam in NYPD History.

My man, for someone that does nothing but post on this forum you sure dont read it. ABE presented physical proof that his dashboard says he got a 68, and he was still called down to verify his military points because he PASSED. He did not pick up any points on the first score change which was due to two throwouts for grammatical errors! which means he had to have picked up points on throw outs from the protest. Which are still not showing on his DCAS dashboard

To be fair to you Dr Papi. That was a little strange to me as well.  I remembered seeing one question with grammatical error on exam day.  When I went to the protest session,  I did not remember seeing it as one of the questions I got wrong. Yet, my score was bumped by two points about 3 weeks later after the protest.  I initially credited the bump as a result of the protest questions. There was a gentleman called Abe who claimed that the scores bumped was due to the grammar questions but not because of the protests. I am not certain if he was guessing or if he was tipped by someone.

Zeph, ABE did not pick up any points on the first score change. But he still somehow scored a 70 or above since his military points were being verified. The only logical conclusion is he picked up the points from protest throw outs that have yet to been updated on the dashboard. Again this is the logical conclusion nothing set in stone here. Its just makes the most sense. Then again for all we know maybe DCAS just screwed up his score. Wont know for sure until there is a list or another dashboard update.

That makes sense regarding Abe, however, if you watch that video someone posted about DCAS protest review, the guy states no question is ever thrown out. Grammar errors alone are usually not enough to get a double or quadruple answer. The dashboard thing is really throwing us off.

That makes sense regarding Abe, however, if you watch that video someone posted about DCAS protest review, the guy states no question is ever thrown out. Grammar errors alone are usually not enough to get a double or quadruple answer. The dashboard thing is really throwing us off.

Right, the question is not simply thrown out, hence why everyone didnt pick up 2 points. If you got the question wrong you pick up the point, if you got it right you dont gain any points

All of us with 68,69 ECT are hopeful and rightfully so, with ABEs situation it seems as if we all have a good chance of making it. Lets all just hope we make it through. In the end were all on the same team guys and gals.
