Two tests two dates

Sup future bosses I was thinking....I've been hearing from my colleagues that they cannot give two entirely different tests for the 3rd or the 4th. That it will be the same tests but they have to just change the order of the questions. If they do it will be possible one test will be harder than the other, it will be alot of work for dcas, and lastly definitely grounds for a protest. Anyone care to weigh in? RS and Key please jump in if you like.

I heard 4 different tests over 4 sessions. 2 sessions on Wednesday and 2 on Thursday morning and afternoon. They have to, whats to stop people who take the test on the 4th from finding out answers or questions from the people who took it on the 3rd? Itll be a lawsuit either way.

Yes. I said this in class a few weeks ago. You will find out your test date when they send out the Admission Card/E-Mail, usually 10-14 days prior to the exam.

If a lawsuit is filed, it will have no basis and get thrown out ... Standard practice in many colleges/universities is to give variations of the same exam to prevent wandering eyes cheaters.  Many professors teach their class 5x a week, and they switch up the exams for each session to prevent students from giving "insider" info to someone taking the exam at a later time/date.
