Many of you would be Captains or DIs by now if it wasnt for the 2015 Lt exam. Thank god for the 9 heroes legendary efforts that saved some of us on that list. For the hundreds of others that didnt make it, redemption on test day aug 16 is near..keep studying brothers and sisters.
Lol from plenty of friends who took last exam, if you put a decent effort in you passed. As for this one, everything gets reset and depends on test writers. But w the law firm hired by Dcas id expect a decent number to pass. Id say over 200 again
Is there still a captain shortage ? I know a lot of Lts have no interest in being captains. Does that affect the difficulty of the exam?
Who knows all I can say is that a lot of Lts are studying even though they say they dont want the rank. Someone has foiled DCAS in another chat and they reported 759 people signed up for the exam. I think people are studying but just not vocal about it. The reality is that not all Lt ranks are the same, OT isnt always there for people and other making OT can fall out of favor overnight. Making Capt is the only security for those looking to secure their final 12 months
