If youre expecting a promotion, you can check your job ID under AIM & your rank should be changed to SGT. Two people in my precinct both on their digital ID & when logging into training, states their rank as Sgt. Promotion is definitely happening. Congrats everyone!

 No. Sergeant is not a discretionary promotion. Only Det, SDS, LCD, D.I. and above are discretionary.
