No promotions are happening dont look forward to a finest congrats to everyone that made it enryone else start studying

they only promoted up to the people who actually passed. the rest of you didnt.  study harder next time

You need to understand trolls. See these are the type of people that become executives and are then placed in a position to have direct or indirect control of other members of the service. Once you see It this way, you begging to understand Why everything feels like a circus.
