Why would there only be 50 sgt promotions if theres also 50 Lt promotions? It doesnt make sense

City Halls approval is needed for all promotions these days. Those numbers allow for promotions to take place addressing some vacancies while not draining the budget. City Hall signed off on that . It simply allows the list to progress. Everyone should be happy that the list is still moving.

No clue. I remember you used to be able to run it through BADS. I never had access to it. I dont think it matters as I believe the low numbers not filling vacancies is a budget issue not anything else

This list is about half way done give or take. I would even say more then halfway if you account for all the resignations and people continue to leave to other depts.
