they did CARB boards in July and August. Don't know how many more after that they are atlas 6 Sgt passovers getting promoted that i can confirm from the july and august CARB.

Not true they do them as the need to do them. if u are up on list and eligilbe they have to carb u. (doesnt mean they have to pass u). U must be allowed to carb if eligible.

Bmoc was cut for all ranks. There will be a bmoc just not sure how long lts were cut too. I believe sgts is 14 days and captains 4 days. That was latest I heard
