I dont know why I can't remember but once promoted your annuity automatically transfers over cover to new union correct?

NO, it does not automatically transfer unless you fill out the form to transfer from SBA (BCD Complete) to LBA (Principal).

 Yes it is one of the first few days, check BCD Complete to see if you still have an account with your SBA money, if you do then i was never done. You can request the form from the LBA office and probably download off the LBA website.
