New Salary Chart?


Does anyone have the new Salary Chart that was included in the new contract paperwork. I saw someones but didn't make a copy. With this giant OT cut it may push some of us LT's to jump on the next test.

 Yup, and not sure about the cash for time conversion.  A lot higher than what's on there.

Unless you were crushing it as LT, you wont really feel a big loss. Most, if not all XO work nights and will incur some overtime along the way. Factor in tolls and gas saved, its probably a wash in most cases.

Once you hit top pay Capt, its pretty hard for an LT to earn more unless they are SA pay and/or capping out monthly.
