How do you know if youre certified or not? Like will they tell you if youre going to be passed over?
What I noticed, when I called a few weeks ago. After I entered my social and the exam number. The system stated I was on a outstanding certification. It did not state this previously. When I called today, and heard the last eligible number that was certified up to 1698. The system also said I was not on a outstanding certification. I guess if your list number is up to 1698 you should be certified. Hopefully there is nothing pending once the job get to your list number.
What that means is they have reached your list number making you eligible to be promoted, it doesn't actually mean they plan to get your list number just that they have cleared up to that number if the promotions get to ur number. With a list this big they probably just want to clear as much as possible in case they move the list faster so they keep up with Bmoc.
DCAS is maybe in the process of certifying more people on the list. I heard the same message previously. Once DCAS raised the number of certified eligibles ( I guess I was in the group) the message then stated when I called, I was not on any outstanding certification. I say check back in a week they may be in the process of adding more eligible list numbers to be certified.
I know it do not mean much but some progress. This is as of yesterday, November 10th
