The NYPD Key has announced that they will be starting in June of 2020 for next test. Although they mention anything can happen.

Wrong link its here on main page Video is July 2019 Update. He actually just says that they have extended lists in the past but nothing about any info or what he actually knows

 Yea but I'm saying that he didn't really say one way or the other i think its more about hoping people resign up for the key who are on the list instead of saying anything concrete at the end of the day the key is still a business
