The current list does not have to be exhausted to the end in order to start a new list. The second they pull people from a new list the old one dies. They can generate a list in 2021 and start hiring off it in 2022.
I think, realistically this list will be cut around 1400. The 2011 list was about 1600, and they just barely completed that list. And that was without mentoring, they were doing more than 6 classes a year. The way their doing things right now I don't think we could expect more than the 1400's to get promoted.

Stop spreading fake news the 2013 test had 1660 people and took 3.5 Years. That neither about 1600 or barely completed
Just ignore em. Doesn't make sense going back and forth fighting about this for the next few years. Let it all play out and then we can all tell each other I told ya so. Some people just love getting others riled up. Don't give them the pleasure.
I just heard the next class will be 100. I tried to get the source because this guy never gives out information, but all he would say was its from a very reliable person. If this is true it would be great, but I wont get my hopes up to high. Until i see it happen, its just another rumor.
