Th real question is whether the second wave is gonna include people past #350. Some people after that number were notified via email and phone call that they would be in the program. We just have to wait and see.

So what are they making you guys do in mentoring ? Transports and short handed work?? Any news on the second wave ? Or if there will even be a second wave ? Havent heard a peep about anything
Precinct I'm at has stuck to the finest, ADO or Sgt Ops, nothing else for the most part. Only did a transport once but they were ridiculously short so was no big deal.
Finest for second wave should come out middle of next week since our program ends Friday.
yup, same here. they have been sticking to the finest. However if they are short they might use you for a sector or anything that they would need for that day, other than that its been good.
My precinct has stuck to the finest. Haven't used us for anything other than going out with the Patrol Supervisor or assisting with the desk. They let us choose what we want to do every tour. Apparently, they were originally going to give us travel time, but figured out if they use us exclusively for training purposes, they don't have to pay us. It has not been an issue to get a day off in my command at least.

Make sure you get your 5:55 in comp time every paycheck
